Terri Jondahl joined CAB in 1995 and serves as the CEO of CAB Worldwide LLC operations in the U.S., South Africa, China, India, Korea and Vietnam. She is the majority shareholder of CAB. Jondahl has extensive hands-on experience in sales management, financial management, overseas supplier management and production and quality management.
Terri Jondahl has long been active in the community, including serving as 2011 Chair of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Lake Lanier Islands Development Authority and Director on the Northside Hospital Board of Directors. She serves on the 1818 Club Board, Gwinnett Medical Foundation Board and the Carter Center Board of Councilors. She is a past Trustee of the Georgia Gwinnett College Foundation, Gwinnett Medical Foundation and Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation as well as several other organizations. Jondahl has served as the State President of The Texas Federation of Business & Professional Women and President of the Federation of Business and Professional Women in the Ukiah, California and Nacogdoches, Texas regions. Jondahl was honored by the Georgia On Board organization in 2014 with an Executive Honor Roll Award, and was named as an 2019 Atlanta Business Chronicle Women Who Mean Business recipient. In 2008 she was named as by Atlanta Woman Magazine as one of the “Top 25 Professional Women to Watch.” Jondahl received an A.A. in Business Administration at Mendocino College.
She has been learning to paint over the past decade and has learned to savor solitude and enjoying her home and beautiful yard during her downtime.

Mike Vanderbosch has served as President of CAB since 1995. His primary responsibility is the oversight of the Texas manufacturing facility operations, and managing CAB's manufacturing and distribution operations. Vanderbosch plays a key role in managing the sales of wind tower products and waterworks flange products, and maintaining key account relationships with major customers in these product lines.
Working closely with overseas producers of wind tower components and waterworks flanges, Vanderbosch has extensive experience in developing supply chain partners around the world. He serves as Chairman of the American WaterWorks Association C207 Pipe Flange andC228 Stainless Steel Pipe Flange specification committee, and is considered one of the nation's leading experts on waterworks flanges.
Vanderbosch attended Mendocino College and was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1973. Currently, he loves spending time on his ranch in Texas, where he has a variety of horses, cows, dogs, cats and a stocked fish pond.

As Vice President of Sales and International Marketing at CAB Worldwide since 2002, Karshagen plays a key role in managing supplier relationships for CAB's industrial cast and forged products in China, India and Vietnam. Karshagen played an instrumental role in growing CAB's castings product line revenues, and was instrumental in the successful growth of the Company's South African operations.
Prior to joining CAB, Karshagen served as a Business Development Manager for Forgings, Flanges, and Fittings LLC from 2001 to 2002, where he was responsible for the development of new business opportunities. From 1998 to 2001, Karshagen served as a U.S. Business Development Manager for Ringrollers of South Africa/DCD. Karshagen was responsible for the company's U.S. development in the forging and telecommunication products market. From 1994 to 1998, Karshagen served as an Export Marketing Manager for Ringrollers in South Africa where he managed the Export Sales Department, handling sales of forged ring products around the world, which included travel to more than 30 countries.
Karshagen received a degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa.

Carey Herron serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CAB Worldwide. Her day-to-day responsibilities lie in many different areas, including: accounting, treasury, finance, information technology, human resources, insurance and supply chain processes. Carey's role at CAB also includes financial reporting, accounting policies, procedures and internal controls, supply chain optimization and process efficiencies, managing relationships with the firm's auditors, financial institutions and investors, identifying and managing business risks and insurance requirements, identifying and maintaining compliance regarding HR, payroll and employee compensation and benefits.
For fun, Carey and her family enjoy activities such as, camping, hiking and fishing. She and her husband do their best to keep up with their five active and wonderful kids!

Brian Payne is CAB's Vice President, as well as, Asia Supply Chain and Quality Assurance and Texas Operations Manager. He is responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining quality systems to meet numerous customer quality systems. He manages quality system and personnel in the U.S. and overseas and supports production, purchasing, engineering, sales, procurement, logistics and other aspects of the business. Payne travels extensively, both domestically and internationally, to develop customer and supplier relationships.
He provides technical/engineering expertise to numerous castings, forgings, and fabrication specifications and drawings from numerous customers. Brian holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is exceptionally strong in seeking process improvements that result in reduced costs of quality and reduced manufacturing costs.
Brian enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, coaching Little League baseball, basically any activity outdoors, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Randy Jones serves as the Senior Engineering Technical Manager for CAB Worldwide. He is responsible for new product/program launch and for driving continuous improvement activities throughout the organization. Randy is a detail focused individual that interrelates customer needs with the supply chain to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
His work days often consist of coordinating activities concerned with the technical development, resolving engineering design and testing issues, production scheduling, quality control, and logistics. He is experience with technical review of product design, tooling components, and complex metrology. Randy holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology and is certified as an ISO 90001 Lead Auditor.
When not working, Randy enjoys woodworking and the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and camping.

Bill Hughes serves as the Sales Account Manager for CAB Worldwide, though he also does quite a bit of work in Business Development. Bill joined CAB in March 2013 after spending 4 years as a Manufacturing Manager for one of the top wind-Turbine Manufacturers. Prior to working in the wind-industry, Bill spent 20 years in design, development and manufacturing of precision machined components for the computer industry, At CAB, Bill manages several key accounts and continues to develop new accounts.
When not at the office Bill likes to spend time staying fit by running several days a week. He also is big classic car fan. He has owned over a dozen Mustangs and recently finished restoring this 64-1/2.

Lisa Smallwood serves as the Import Coordinator for CAB Worldwide. She has been with CAB Worldwide since 1999. Her main responsibility is coordinating all incoming shipments from overseas to their final destination. This includes confirming bookings, tracking containers, updating our logistics system 'CABPORT', and receiving the inventory in our system. Also responsible for accounting duties which include entering receivables, payables, sales orders, and issuing overseas purchase orders.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She enjoys playing board games with the kids, bowling, having a picnic at the park, and occasional trips to the casino. She loves football and her favorite team is the Atlanta Falcons.

Tracy Adams has been a part of our Sales department at CAB since 1991, and is responsible for the eastern half of the United States. He takes the time to develop lasting relationships with customers, and even considers most of them to be his friends, more than his customers. His philosophy at work is to strive for honesty and integrity in all of his relationships and to give more than he receives, which really pays off at the end of the day.
When Tracy is not selling flanges, he enjoys being with his family, including his triplet sons who keep he and his wife quite busy! He grew up as a southern boy (from Athens, GA), which helps to explain his passion for college sports, specifically UGA football. Some of his favorite activities include serving at his church and being outdoors, especially on the water with a fishing rod in his hand.

Michelle enjoys landscaping and gardening in her free time, but even then she spends a lot of time thinking about better ways to serve customers and grow business.

Allen is the Plant Manager of the CAB Texas plant. He is responsible for the oversight of all operations of the plant. Before joining CAB in 2006 Allen worked in a valve manufacturing facility for 19 years.
Allen is married and has one son.
He served two terms as an elected school board trustee. He has served as President of his local youth baseball association, head coach of the church youth basketball league team, as well as, head coach of his local youth baseball team. After winning the championships of both sports in the same year, he decided to step down as head coach in order to let the next generation take over.
When not working, Allen enjoys fishing with his “bride” but he is most passionate about deer hunting. Now that his “bride” has also taken up the sport of deer hunting, it’s twice as much fun as he gets to teach her. When it’s not hunting, fishing or Dallas Cowboys season, he tries his best to spoil his great-nieces as much as possible.

Dan Franke joined CAB in 2005 and is currently the western US region Sales Manager. Dan believes in developing strong relationships with his customers as he has been on both sides of the fence in his career. Timely feedback and quotes are important in the new world of business as time becomes more of a precious commodity. Prior to moving into sales, he spent 8.5 years working in the domestic production areas of the company with duties including purchasing, estimating, and production management.
From 1991-2005 Dan worked in the engineering and production management positions in the paper industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
When away from the office, Dan is active with his family. He is Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 100. With 4 children, ages 10-16, time is spent going to soccer, swimming and golf competitions along with other school and band activities. On the rare occasion of an open date, the family enjoys the outdoors including boating, fishing and jet skiing. Dan is thankful for the invention of DVR so he can watch his BUCKEYES and other favorite sport teams.

Chris Cockrell is CAB's Assistant Operations Manager for Shipping, Quality, and Information Technology. Chris joined the CAB team in 2009. He is responsible for the shipping/receiving and incoming/outgoing inspections of imported and CAB manufactured pipe flanges. In addition, he assists CAB's IT Manager with IT requirements at CAB's Texas facility. He also manages steel plate inventory and purchasing, as well as, imported flange inventory management and inventory audit counts.
Chris considers his number one hobby to be his family, including his wife and three lovely daughters, ranging in age from 2 years old to 18 years old. He also enjoys saltwater fishing and an occasional trip to the Casino.

Todd Preston works for CAB Worldwide as the Warehouse Manager of our warehouse located in Sumner, WA. Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and 10 year-old son, doing various outdoor activities. They enjoy spending time at the Oregon dunes, playing in the sand on their quads. During the summer months, or when it’s nice outside, Todd and his son Nathan enjoy cruising around in his 1963 Mercury Meteor. Finally, Todd and his family are all huge Seattle Seahawks fans. You can be sure to find them at every home game, and they usually start tailgating the evening before with the help of their “Seahawk Tailgating RV”.

Works with the suppliers to resolve quality issues / NCRs, root cause analysis, 8D report and corrective actions.
Works with casting suppliers to develop new samples, projects, and keep all samples quality information accurate and known by the suppliers, review and check the PPAP document submissions (CP, PFMEA, Flow Chart etc.) as well as submit samples for final approval. Chris initiates and supervises PPAP related procedures with suppliers, ensuring that suppliers meet the quality and delivery constraint during product launch.
Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation engineering. His hobbies include travelling, playing with his kids, and he is currently learning how to cook.

Tony Hu serves as the Product Inspector in CAB China. Parth Sharma serves as the Managing Director in CAB India. His job functions include the following: Managing the entire operations of CAB in India; Overseeing and supervising the financial and administrative aspects; Assisting in recruitment and training of the staff in India, motivating and guiding them to become better managers, and educating them on presentations and communication skills; Regular meetings to set targets and discuss progress and resolve the issues being faced;
Gathering information on existing and potential vendors, competition and sharing the same with the team; Assisting in logistics, planning and resolving customs & shipping related issues faced by vendors; and Travelling domestically to develop and maintain vendor relationships.
Parth holds a B.S. in Computer Sciences from Delhi University (1988), an MBA in Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi (1992), and is a Certified Customs & International Shipping Specialist (1994). He is well versed with latest quality methodologies such as TQM, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, ASTM/ISO Material and Testing Standards. Additionally, he has an in-depth knowledge and understanding for ISO-9001:2008. Jitender is a Six Sigma Green belt Holder and an active team member of Field Task Force for quick resolution of field complaints. Keshav serves as the Supply Chain Administrator in CAB India. His Job functions include: Managing all incoming RFQ’s, monitoring which vendors CAB India are contacting for these RFQ’s, following-up on open RFQ’s and providing consolidated quote analysis to the US team, follow-up on PPAP delivery and ensuring PPAP packages from suppliers are complete. He also manages all logistics functions from India to US ports.
Prior to Joining CAB in India, Keshav worked at CAB Georgia office where he learnt day to day functions at CAB and how it functions overall. He worked in all sectors of the organization. Before being posted in India as the Supply chain Administrator, Keshav earned a Degree in Master of Science In Supply Chain and Operations Management from University of Illinois in Chicago with a Six Sigma Certification.
His hobbies include: Golf, Wild Life conservation, Hiking in jungles, and traveling.
