Terri Jondahl joined CAB in 1995 and serves as the CEO of CAB Worldwide LLC operations in the U.S., ,Canada, China, India, and Italy. She has extensive hands-on experience in sales management, financial management, overseas supplier management and production and quality management as well as a keen understanding of strategic positioning and rapid pivots in the face of high speed business and geopolitical changes. .
Mike Vanderbosch has served as President of CAB since 1995. His primary responsibility is the oversight of the Texas manufacturing facility operations, and managing CAB's manufacturing and distribution operations. Vanderbosch plays a key role in managing the sales of wind tower products and waterworks flange products, and maintaining key account relationships with major customers in these product lines.
As Vice President of Sales and International Marketing at CAB Worldwide since 2002, Karshagen plays a key role in managing supplier relationships for CAB's industrial cast and forged products in China, India and Vietnam. Karshagen played an instrumental role in growing CAB's castings product line revenues, and was instrumental in the successful growth of the Company's South African operations.
Brian Payne is CAB's Vice President, as well as, Asia Supply Chain and Quality Assurance and Texas Operations Manager. He is responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining quality systems to meet numerous customer quality systems. He manages quality system and personnel in the U.S. and overseas and supports production, purchasing, engineering, sales, procurement, logistics and other aspects of the business. Payne travels extensively, both domestically and internationally, to develop customer and supplier relationships.
Randy Jones serves as the VP of Engineering for CAB Worldwide. He is responsible for new product/program launch and for driving continuous improvement activities throughout the organization. Randy is a detail focused individual that interrelates customer needs with the supply chain to ensure customer requirements are achieved./p>
Carson Williams serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CAB Worldwide. Carson leads all facets of finance and accounting for the organization globally. Prior to joining CAB, Carson was the Distribution & Fulfillment CFO for Fortna Inc., a portfolio company of Thomas H. Lee Partners. Fortna is a global leader in designing, developing and delivering transformative omni-channel and parcel distribution solutions across North America, Europe and South Africa. Carson began his career at Ernst & Young before moving into investment banking where he gained a wealth of experience in M&A and debt financings.
In her role as Chief Administrative Officer at CAB Worldwide, Carey Herron is responsible for global Human Resources, Risk Management and strategic initiatives in support of CAB’s accelerated growth objectives. Carey brings to her role, diverse business expertise and experience in the manufacturing and supply chain industries, customer service, finance, treasury, and accounting disciplines including serving and CAB Worldwide’ s former Chief Financial Officer for 12 years.
Tracy Adams has been a part of our Sales department at CAB since 1991, and is responsible for the eastern half of the United States. He takes the time to develop lasting relationships with customers, and even considers most of them to be his friends, more than his customers. His philosophy at work is to strive for honesty and integrity in all of his relationships and to give more than he receives, which really pays off at the end of the day.
Bill Hughes serves as the Sales Account Manager for CAB Worldwide, though he also does quite a bit of work in Business Development. Bill joined CAB in March 2013 after spending 4 years as a Manufacturing Manager for one of the top wind-Turbine Manufacturers. Prior to working in the wind-industry, Bill spent 20 years in design, development and manufacturing of precision machined components for the computer industry, At CAB, Bill manages several key accounts and continues to develop new accounts.
Robert "Bobby" Gunter, who joined CAB in 2022 as the Sales and Business Development Manager for the Americas, plays a pivotal role in driving growth and advancing the casting, forging, and machining business segments. His collaborative approach involves working closely with both CAB's global teams and customers to foster mutual growth.
Akeem Robinson serves as Program Manager at CAB Worldwide. He is responsible for managing the supply chain, responding to quality issues, and quoting new business for CAB’s automotive customers in North America. Akeem has a range of experience from roles in sourcing, purchasing, warehouse management, quality engineering, and continuous improvement in different industries. He is PMP certified and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from NC State University.
Richard Joubert serves as Project Manager at CAB Worldwide and has been with the company since 2017. He specializes in inventory planning and analysis, demonstrating his expertise in managing several major accounts. Throughout his tenure, Richard's responsibilities have evolved, taking him to CAB's US facilities and overseas to collaborate with international teams.
Lidia Aldea is our dedicated Customer Account Specialist at CAB Worldwide, driven by a deep passion for cultivating meaningful connections and delivering outstanding support to guarantee every customer's satisfaction.
Lisa Smallwood serves as the Inventory and Logistics Cost Specialist for CAB Worldwide. She has been with the company since 1999. Her main responsibility consists of calculating landed costs for inventory purchased from overseas. Other accounting duties consist of inventory adjustments and landed cost payables as well as assisting with the inventory portion of bank and year end audits.
Anna Brown, our dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist, has been a valuable part of the CAB Worldwide team since 2020. In her role, Anna takes charge of the day-to-day management of accounts payables, efficiently handling financial matters for the states of Georgia, Texas, and Washington. She works closely with the controller and provides vital support for various additional accounting duties, contributing to the financial well-being of our organization.
Iresh Mandavia became a part of CAB Worldwide in 2022, taking on the role of AR Specialist. His primary responsibilities encompass invoicing, collections, and weekly bank reporting. Beyond managing transactions, Iresh prioritizes fostering robust relationships with accounting departments across all customer accounts, emphasizing both timely payments and the importance of nurturing positive connections.
Jeff Zink serves as the Information Technology Manager for CAB Worldwide and has been with the company since 2005. In addition to supporting global operations, Jeff also handles building maintenance for the headquarters office located in Buford, Georgia.
Dan Franke joined CAB in 2005 and is currently the western US region Sales Manager. Dan believes in developing strong relationships with his customers as he has been on both sides of the fence in his career. Timely feedback and quotes are important in the new world of business as time becomes more of a precious commodity. Prior to moving into sales, he spent 8.5 years working in the domestic production areas of the company with duties including purchasing, estimating, and production management.
Chris Cockrell has been a dedicated member of the CAB team since 2009, currently serving as a Flange Sales Account Manager. In addition to his sales responsibilities, Chris extends his expertise to assist CAB's IT Manager with IT requirements at our Texas facility. He further takes charge of managing steel plate inventory and overseeing the imported flange inventory, including the coordination of overseas purchase orders. Chris also plays a pivotal role in forklift training for new employees, contributing to the smooth operation of our team.
Randy Phillips joined CAB in 2017, initially serving as a warehouse assistant. In 2021, he ascended to the role of Warehouse Manager, where he now oversees key responsibilities encompassing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Brandon Jones is the Assistant Warehouse Manager at CAB’s Nacogdoches, Texas manufacturing and distribution facility. He is part of the CAB team responsible for managing all warehouse operations for our Texas location, including Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Control, First Articles, and Quality Assurance to ensure the customer gets the right part and the right quality at the right time. He brings to CAB a background of 20 years’ experience in IT and Business Management to help streamline processes to make the CAB Warehouse operate even more efficiently so that we can provide the highest level of customer satisfaction in order fulfillment.
James Ford, who joined CAB in 2021, holds the pivotal role of CNC Shop Manager. In this capacity, he is responsible for maintaining the CNC tool room, tracking tool usage, and proactively ordering tools. Additionally, James efficiently schedules our CNC machines to optimize workflow and meet production timelines. His expertise extends to programming CNCs, ensuring precision and accuracy in the manufacturing process.
Brittany Bennett became a valued member of the CAB team in 2021, taking on a multifaceted role that blends sales and administrative tasks with a range of other essential responsibilities. With a wealth of experience in customer service and sales, Brittany's expertise extends to various departments, including accounting and quality assurance.
Steve Muirhead, a steadfast member of CAB Worldwide since 2006, holds the essential role of Warehouse Quality Inspector. His work revolves around conducting Incoming Inspections on parts and maintaining precise Gage calibration.
John Zhang serves as the General Manager in CAB China. His job duties include auditing potential suppliers, evaluating supplier capability and developing supplier database. John also directs the quality team on the sourcing projects management including process control, production quality review and on-time delivery control. Additionally, he analyzes technical drawings and sets up product acceptance criteria.
Hill spends most of his time in factories in the southern part of China ensuring product and process quality. He works closely with suppliers to refine processes and reduce quality and manufacturing costs. He also excels at casting pouring systems design, 3D modeling and finite element analysis of castings.
James Wang serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB China. His job duties include assuring product and process quality of supplied parts, solving processing problems, analyzing 3D models, and other problems about software. Wang also sources new parts from northern factories in China.
Chris Jia serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB China. His job duties include: perform supplier capability assessments , driving true and loyal supplier partnerships, interface with flanges’ suppliers to establish forged flange MPP's, PQRs, working instructions, as well as, flanges’ inspection specification, complete final inspection before shipping to US. Works with the suppliers to resolve quality issues / NCRs, root cause analysis, 8D report and corrective actions.
Tony Hu serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB China. His day-to-day duties include reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and quality assurance standards, as well as giving written and verbal instructions, setting up the inspection process, and determining gauging requirements for new jobs. He also ensures the product quality and traceability and the on-time delivery, reviews supplier machining process to determine if their machining fixtures, tooling, and measurement tools (gauges) are acceptable. Additionally, Tony manages the supplier corrective action program and improves its effectiveness for quality problems, and finds new forging flange suppliers to meet quality requirements.Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallic Material Engineering. His hobbies outside out work include travelling, biking and ping-pong.
Vivien Wu, our accomplished Logistics Coordinator at CAB China, has been an integral part of the CAB team since 2017. Her central role revolves around orchestrating shipments from China, where she coordinates with forwarders and suppliers to ensure seamless booking and shipping processes. Vivien's work extends to the meticulous handling of shipping documents, ensuring the efficient collection of shipments and timely payments to suppliers, alongside various other logistical responsibilities.
Jitender Pratap is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at CAB Worldwide India, boasting an impressive career spanning over 19 years in Supply Chain Management, New Product Development, Sourcing, ISO-IATF Quality Systems and Processes, Vendor Development, Supplier Quality Assurance, Customer Quality & Satisfaction, and more. He has been an integral part of the CAB team since June 2005.
Karan Kumar holds the role of Regional Manager - South India for Sourcing and Quality. In this pivotal position, Karan's core responsibility lies in identifying and approving suppliers in the Southern region of India. His multifaceted role extends to assisting suppliers in new product development, providing training on product quality requirements, and guiding the implementation of quality systems and procedures, including valuable suggestions for process improvement.
Rohan Hande holds the vital role of Regional Manager - Central India for Sourcing and Quality at CAB Worldwide India. His core responsibilities encompass locating capable suppliers within the central region of India, establishing and managing contracts with regional vendors, and spearheading strategic sourcing initiatives in collaboration with other functions. Rohan also leads evaluations of new suppliers and parts, fostering coordination between supplier and regional quality teams to address specific issues through root cause analysis and error-proofing, thereby mitigating business impacts. He ensures the team's performance is meticulously planned, monitored, and reviewed, aligning individual objectives with organizational goals to elevate overall performance. His leadership involves coaching and managing projects using lean six sigma methodologies.
Keshav Sharma plays a vital role as the Supplier Chain Administrator at CAB India, where he oversees several key functions. He assists in driving RFQs, monitoring vendor contacts, and managing feedback. Additionally, Keshav assists with new PPAP follow up and support, helping with PPAP delivery. Keshav also efficiently manages all logistics operations from India for CAB shipments.
Yogesh, our Senior Quality Engineer at CAB Worldwide India since 2018, plays a vital role in ensuring the on-time delivery of products and maintaining high-quality standards. His multifaceted responsibilities include managing supplier production, guiding suppliers through new product development, educating them on quality and system requirements, conducting audits, addressing product quality issues at their root, and meticulously verifying product quality and documentation before release.
Vaibhav Bhatt holds the role of Senior Quality Engineer at CAB Worldwide India. His responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum of quality-related tasks, including training supplier teams, assisting in root cause analysis, supporting new product development, ensuring manufacturing readiness, maintaining communication with suppliers, conducting dimensional and visual inspections, and overseeing quality documentation.
